Learn some basics about Ayurveda, such as Prakriti, Vikriti, and dosha. Discover their dosha (body constitution) and what that means. The discussion will include Ayurveda times and seasons and how this affects one’s body constitution. Tri-doshic (good for all doshas) and dinacharya (daily self-care) practices/routine ideas will also be discussed.
