    Yoga during pregnancy is safe. Prenatal yoga is highly recommended for expectant mothers. It can help reduce stress, calm the mind and nervous system, help you become stronger physically, increase your energy level, and boost your confidence and sense of accomplishment. It will also introduce you to other expectant mothers.
    Learn how to begin or adapt your practice during any stage of pregnancy. We’ll practice yoga poses to open our hips, align our pelvis, and build strength and stamina to prepare for labor. This workshop will focus on the prenatal benefits of pranayama (breathing), asana (posture), relaxation, and meditation techniques.
    Limited to 12 moms to be! 
    Taught by Nicole Hayman-Sherman E-RYT 500, RPYT (Registered Prenatal Yoga Teacher)
