Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate those special women in our lives, our mothers, grandmothers, and those ladies who have been there for us when we needed someone the most. It’s a day set aside to honor and treat them as the special ladies they are! Those women who put themselves last and forget that doing something for themselves makes it much easier for them to continue doing what they do for everyone else. For Mother’s Day THIS year, Just Breathe Yoga Studio has a special opportunity for 15 ladies to experience something as special as they are.
On Saturday, May 10th, at 9:30 a.m., 15 lucky ladies will experience an hour and ½ of relaxing, renewing, and restorative yoga class. This class will include gentle yoga, yin, and restorative poses and is for every level.
After class, there will be tea, food, and some special treats. Please BYOB if you have something special you would like to share.
All 15 ladies will receive a flower and something special to take home afterward as well.
Ready to make a New Year’s resolution for better wellness and self-care?
Did you know that Researchers suggest that only 9% of Americans who make resolutions complete them. Research goes on to show that 23% of people quit their resolution by the end of the first week, and 43% quit by the end of January.
A contributing factor could be that the types of resolutions you make don’t fit your body constitution and current imbalances in the body (your Prakriti and your Vikriti in Ayurveda) Health, wellness, and fitness are NOT one size fits all. What works for one person may not work for another and Ayurveda can show you how knowing your individual constitution and imbalance can help you discover the BEST practices for both and can help you stick with your resolutions to be healthy and take better care of yourself ALL year long.
Join Nicole, an Ayurvedic Yoga Practitioner & Yoga Specialist for a special Ayurvedic Workshop Series that can help you stick to your healthy lifestyle resolutions in 2025.
In this workshop series, you will learn what Ayurveda is. An Ayurvedic lifestyle includes routines, food, herbs, and cleansing practices. You will learn how to use these things to help you maintain your health and wellness. We will discuss practical tips to help you maintain your health and wellness using these Ayurvedic practices. You will discover your Prakriti-your overall body constitution and your Vikriti or current imbalance. This information will be key in helping you individualize your focus on your health in 2025.
This series of workshops begins on January 22nd at 6 pm. The other dates are March 19th, May 15th,, July 30th and September 24th at 6 pm. These dates were chosen to coincide with the seasonal changes according to Ayurveda and information will be shared on these dates on how to work BEST with how the seasonal changes affect your constitution and imbalance.

Want to know more about Yoga’s sister science Ayurveda?
It is a science of mind, body, soul & senses. Ayurveda is based on the individual & nature, which we humans are part of.
With Ayurveda, one discovers their body constitution & what may be out of imbalance causing issues in one’s body & life.
Ayurveda works WITH Western medicine/science, offering suggestions and lifestyle changes.
The number one precept of Ayurveda is “Food is Medicine”! We are truly what we eat!
It integrates body, mind & spirit using holistic approaches.
Learn some basics about Ayurveda, such as Prakriti, Vikriti, and dosha. Discover their dosha (body constitution) and what that means. The discussion will include Ayurveda times and seasons and how this affects one’s body constitution. Tri-doshic (good for all doshas) and dinacharya (daily self-care) practices/routine ideas will also be discussed.
This workshop is for everyone. CEUs available yoga instructors who attend.
