Mother’s Day is a time to celebrate those special women in our lives, our mothers, grandmothers, and those ladies who have been there for us when we needed someone the most. It’s a day set aside to honor and treat them as the special ladies they are! Those women who put themselves last and forget that doing something for themselves makes it much easier for them to continue doing what they do for everyone else. For Mother’s Day THIS year, Just Breathe Yoga Studio has a special opportunity for 15 ladies to experience something as special as they are.
On Saturday, May 9th, at 9:30 a.m., 15 lucky ladies will experience an hour and a half of a relaxing, renewing, and restorative yoga class. This class will include gentle yoga, yin, and restorative poses and is suitable for all levels.
After class, there will be tea, food, and some special treats. Please BYOB if you have something special you would like to share.

Take a journey through the energy centers of the body — your Chakras. In this foundational Chakra 101 Series, participants will explore the 7‑Chakra System through an accessible blend of education and embodied practice.
Each week includes an in‑depth look at one or more chakras:

What it governs
How imbalance shows up
and practical ways to restore balance
Sessions will include gentle yoga, meditation, pranayama (breath control), and supportive energetic practices. Please bring a yoga mat and a journal.

Specially designed for the pregnant body, this class prepares the mother-to-be for the birthing and postpartum experiences. Prenatal yoga develops strength and stamina, increased bodily awareness, and deepens the bond between a mother and her baby. The regular practice of yoga while pregnant supports those desiring a natural birth. It has been shown to relieve many common discomforts during pregnancy, and can reduce the risk of complications during the birthing process. Birth, when aided by yoga, can become a relaxed, focused and positive experience.
