    Reading is Yoga for the Mind!
    Join Us on the Last Monday of the Month ( unless otherwise indicated) at 6:45 pm.  
    Book club follows the 5:30 pm Beginner's Yoga Class.  
    Enjoy a lively discussion of that month's book, share your thoughts, feelings, and laughter, and more while enjoying a healthy snack.  Tea and water are provided.  Anyone is welcome to bring their own beverage or something to share.  Whether you read the book, didn't finish it, or didn't read it at all that month, all are welcome.  Book Club meets from September to April.  Taking May-August off for the summer months
    RSVP Required.  A nominal fee of $5 is requested from all attendees to cover the cost of snacks, etc.

    Join Us for a Valentine's Day fun-filled kids yoga class.  

    Enjoy healthy & fun yoga movements along with moments of peaceful calm, sharing a class designed for both.

    Moving together mindfully, beginning with thoughtfully tuning in, followed by a fun, mindful, playful, and meditative practice that includes postures, partner poses, games, and group poses. Class concludes with relaxation and guided imagery.

    Perfect for the student new to Hatha yoga, for any yogi looking to refine their alignment, and for a therapeutic, slower approach to practice. Designed for those who have never practiced yoga or have an intermittent practice and need a refresher. This workshop introduces fundamental poses and breaks down the precise actions in each posture to help teach correct alignment & achieve the benefits of each pose. Offering a solid foundation of the basics of Hatha yoga, including sequence, terminology, and concepts, meditation, and breath work. Throughout the session, students will learn how to align the body from the ground up. Props will be used for modifications.

    This workshop offers a perfect foundation for staying safe and confident for a lifetime of practice! Suitable for everyone!
