Kids, bring your mom, dad, or caregiver and join us for some yoga fun!
Kid Yoga is a dynamic class where children and adults learn yoga poses, apply them to games and activities, and work with their breath. Kids will run the spectrum of energy from fast-paced games to relaxing stillness. Enjoy healthy & fun yoga movements along with moments of peaceful calm, sharing a class designed for everyone to enjoy.
Moving together mindfully, Kids Yoga begins with thoughtfully tuning in, followed by a fun, mindful, playful, and meditative practice that includes postures, partner poses, games, and group poses.
